"All is mine sa '09" was a great roller coaster ride. I finally finished my degree, worked full time as a freelance person (so many rakets, so many facets) and faced and conquered my worst black hole to date.
All was mine, indeed. I met new people, worked with different circles, reconnected with old friends and discovered more about myself. I may have been single throughout the year, but it never bothered me. In a sense, I was able to prove to myself that I am my own person.
I guess one of the biggest risk that I took was cooking for my family for the New Year's feast. I was especially proud when Mama gave her approval of my simple Bake Macaroni. (JK, magluluto na ako next time sa Masigla!)
What a year. All was mine. I owned it. You owned it. We all owned it! It was great to be surrounded by people who supports you to grow and be a better person. It was great that they were there to keep me grounded. They allowed me to cry, wallow in my black hole and were there when I found the light again.
2010 is very promising. Everything will happen in 2010. Year Two Thousand X will either bring 2000 kisses or 2000 controversial moments. Hahahaha. Bring it on, 2010. I am so ready to face you!
