Tsaka dapat may proper referencing. Harvard style na sundan natin para madali.Hintayin ko email niyo. May tanung pa ba?
Paolo: Sige, Isabelle.
At nasan yung sources mo?
Paolo: Sinummarize ko nalang yun! (Aba, may exclamation point pa siyang nalalaman! Siya pa yata yung galit)
Ako: Yun nga. Hindi mo ba naintindihan yung sinabi ko? Dapat yung summary word file at may sources na nakalagay. (Siyempre nagpipigil pa ako)
Paolo: Sa yahoo at google ko lhat nakuha yun! (Galing talaga!

Go flexibility. Hahaha.
Hahaha.
Oh, to be really young... /buntong hininga/

Read the guy's entry first. Really awesome.
Forget sunsets. Forget romantic candle-lit dinners. Forget ring at the bottom of the girl's champagne. Forget ring inside the cake (I find this one disgusting!).
Get Neil Gaiman to propose for you!
P.S. I get all wooby-wooby inside when ever I see "Your boyfriend" in my Multiply Network. Hahaha! Girly-girl moments followed by a quick cringe.
Wala lang.

Balita
Part of me was expecting something to happen after the Glorietta thing. But I am hoping that these two bombings have no connection. I am afraid something might happen soon.
----------------------------------
Odd news:
-------------------------------------
I am officially sick. I haven't been sick for a while. Maybe because I wasn't getting enough sleep and body is having a hard time with my early morning schedule for the semester.
I need to get well soon. I have work and articles to do. Ugh. So many readings!
Lapit na! Para March '09 ito!

It was Mama's last session yesterday. And she doing extremely well! Go mama!

Astig Lang.
Nakita mo may nagcomment?
-------------------------------------
Pasukan na ulit. At naninibago ako sa bago kong schedule. Wala akong pasok tuwing Tuesday at Friday. Tapos walang break yun. Simula 8:30-4:00. Galing di ba?
Tak, we will now be Tuesday people.
Di ba Eisa at Alyx? Hehehe.
At least, nagpupursige tayong makatapos. Jk, makakatapos din tayo ng college!

Taking a break from the Exam marathon
Today I had four exams non-stop. I had to take all of it today because the midterm period is about to end. I had no choice. I was not able to take all of it on the scheduled date because I had an Acute Respiratory Infection. That's what the medical certificate said that was issued by the pediatrician.
A pediatrician. I am a 20 year old human being who still goes to the pediatrician. Yeah... It's really weird when I go to her clinic to have a check up. All of the mommies would look at me all weirded out thinking "What the hell is this girl/woman/lady/tigulang doing in this clinic for kids??"
Back to the exams. It was really tiring, writing for 6 hours. In the end my right hand was numb. And it got stuck to the pen-holding position for quite sometime.
I find it amusing that I know a lot of terms about politics and war. Brinkmanship, deterence, treaties, arms race and all that stuff. But somehow reading about wars make me sad. Really.
You see, I was reviewing for my History exam tomorrow about World War II. Reading about the Holocaust and all those lives that were lost made me want to stop studying. And I can't do that, yet. I have to pass the exam first. But shit.
Aray aray aray.
To think I have another exam on International trade. Which also makes me think about the conflict between globalization and cultural identity. Culture culture culture.
Eisa, something we should talk about while window shopping.
Ang daming iniisip. Masakit sa ulo, may kurot sa puso.
I need a breather. I need to go out!!!
Maglalaro na lang ako ng Magic Vines.

What I learned in school today --minsan laetera ako.
"Same feathers fly together" --- feathers lang ang lumilipad
"I want to graduate in four years with flying neckties." --- sige, it comes in different colors!
"The Rose and Fell of the Roman Empire" --- because you have to use past tense
Ako naman may kagagahang ginawa. I was in a hurry sending a requirement for our Research Class last night .

Hihihihi.

A bit Political... or maybe not.... and some stuff I learned in school
Now that I'm taking up my major subjects, we have been discussing about politics non-stop. Yeah, me doing political discussions. But right after class marathon, I feel like shouting "Ang ganda ng mundo!!!!".
Anyway, I have noticed that in every discussion, USA would be mentioned. Then I would think "That country is LIKE soooo self-centered (with dumb blonde accent)". Ahahaha. Could we set aside USA, even for one day, when discussing EU or China or Congo Republic or some other country?
The Filipino dream is to finish college and work abroad, to be specific USA. Then work hard, send money to the family every now and then. Then petition mother, father, brother, sister, lola, lolo, pinsan, pamangkin, bala-e, hipag... at buong barrangay! (Yes, I am exagerrating.)
That's not my dream. My dream is to marry a rich, old, old, man. Persuade him to leave me all of his belonging when he dies (he should write it in his will). Then wait. For him to die. hahahaha. Nyak!!! a bit Anna Nicole Smith (may she rest in peace), don't you think? Of course, I'm kidding.
Seriously, I want to travel and explore the whole Philippines, then the world. I want to learn about different cultures. My reason is still for the culture and arts even though the course I'm taking is leaning towards politics.
When I get back from all my travels, I'll share with the people what I have learned. Culture is about sharing and learning, right?
------------------------------------------
Tama na. Hindi ako sanay na nagpapaka seryoso. Nakakabaliw.
Things I learned form school:
"Imagine, Rizal was able to write Noli Me Tangere with a candle as his light. You have Electricity, ano pa ang masusulat niyo kung ganon"
- my International Trade Professor
"The number one Senatorial Candidate is Loren Legarda. The number two is Bamboo MaƱalac.
- My Research Method Professor explaining "We see what we want to see"
---------------------------------------------------
HOY! Don't forget to watch VIRGIN LABFEST!!! Especially Children's Plays. Bring your kids, nephew and nieces and all the kids in your neighborhood. Come! Come!

So Far
Everyone is talking about their first day of classes. At least those who still go to school. I wanted to be different.
Pero wala akong maisip. Kaya, first week of classes na lang ang pag-uusapan natin. Hahahaha.
I have a bit of a crappy schedule this semester. Five days of classes. Three out of five days only have one subject. Two days of class marathon without break (kalyo sa pwet ito!). And a Saturday class.
I wasn't able to use my usual powers in making my own schedule because I was enlisted to the honors class (star section ba!). It is an honor to be part of the honors class (a bit redundant, don't you think?). Because usually, the college assigns the best professors for that section. Kaya sige na lang.
I've met all of my professors already except for the Spanish class. And I am praying really hard that we get the professor from Instituto Cervantes. If we get that professor, I won't be whining about having a Saturday class. Promise!!! Our professor for the past two semesters is really not good. She uses this ancient photocopied papers as the basis of her lessons and she teaches Spanish in English. Did I mention that part of her exams is to translate an English sentence to Spanish? Que barbaridad!!!
I promised myself that I'll give best this year when it comes to my education. Meaning, when the teacher says to read in advance, I WILL read in advance. Unlike what I usually do: scan the assigned reading minutes before class and recite performance level during recitation (as if I read the material ten times). STD na talaga ito! Sipag! Tiyaga! Disiplina!!! Rawr!!!
-----------------------
Ayos ba?

and so I wasn't able to conquer the world
I failed.I finished the paper at 3am of tuesday morning.
I said my goodbyes to kuya santi then slept. I decided not to attend my 11:30 class. di na talaga kakayanin ng powers. nadurog na ang bato.
The next day, I went to school, submitted the paper and finished the class. Talked to jod for a while then went home.
I went home (na ilang kembot lang ang layo), checked my mail then slept at around 5:30pm. I woke up at around 9pm because of hunger pangs. I ate dinner, went online for awhile hoping to celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day. Sadly, no one was online (except for manong) to celebrate with. I decided to google my homework then attempted to go to sleep. That was around 10pm.
I watched TV, later it was 1am. Turned off the TV and really tried to go to sleep.
I got up at 4:30 am, had breakfast#1, took a bath, then left for 5:30am calltime at Greenbelt. Had breakfast#2, did 3 shows, went home, fell asleep, woke up for dinner.
I watched Veronica Mars. Enjoyed it, loved it and got addicted to it (wait, matagal na pala yun).
I'll be taking 17 units next sem. I'm planning to arrange my schedule in a way that I'll be going to school for 2 days only (I'll be at school from 7am to 4pm with a break from 11:30 to 1) and an additional day for PE. kakayanin kaya?

procrastinating on schoolwork
i'm suppose to finish my schoolwork right now. Wala akong gana. bah!
-------------------------------------------------------
I watched a play today at GSP Theater. It was awful. I'm not exaggerating. the story was okay. The direction was crappy. The male lead was an airhead. The audience was gullible.
According to the program, "it is a very touching story of courage, heroism, love, victory and dignity in defeat will surely capture the audience's heart." I wasn't touched at all.
Maybe because of the bad acting. Or maybe because of the lead's attack on crying out his every line. Or maybe because of the way the lead took advantage of his swooning fans by kissing them after the show. WTF!!!!
Stage actors are known for being humble. My-betcha-by-gulay! he was really disgusting.
Enough.

Monday tomorrow. I hate the thought that I have to wake up to go to school. During weekends and Wednesdays, i am more eager to get up because I look forward performing on stage. But on schooldays, tinatamad ako.
So here, I made a list of why I should attend my classes:
- Spanish Class - i'm enjoying how my Spanish teacher murders the Spansh AND English Language. Brutal, I know. But her mistakes keeps me awake in class
- Filipino Class - I like Filipino professor. She is a great stotyteller.
- Biology Class - The Bio professor is really good.I actually understand Biology and enjoy new facts about life.
- Statistics - My professor in this class always blames his mistakes on the marker. Weird but funny. plus it hard to understand the lesson once you've missed it.
- English Class - I love my English professor. At napaka-bibo ko sa class niya.
